My Dear Friends.

I have been waiting to get title on 729 41st Brooklyn. Which I now have. She remains a tenant till Nov. 15. The house is in a Realtors hands by the name of Madona.

Jenison left it in his hands, if you know of any one who might rent or buy it and you would like to see it go as a prospective buyer, it is assessed for $4,500 look it over and tell me about what you think it should rent or sell for, Madona says he can get a tenent, after she leaves, who will pay $30.00 a month.

Please go as my friend look things over, as I do not know much about itl Kropp did the business way back in 1922 the Mortgage in all stands me, back interest and title $3,540 is it worth it? If not how much?

I hope you are all well. I enjoyed your visit very much last summer, it left a kind recollection on memory's pages, wish I could see you often.

It is very hard for me as I can not use glasses at all and you know vissionn is dim at 75 - thats why I use encil.

I'd like to hear from you as often as you find it convenient to do so - I am here in a fine home but not being able to read, time hangs long, and I can not go out much.

With kindest recollections and best wishes to all, I am sincerely yours. Dr. H. McGowan

German extraction you know.

PS If you can sell it, I'll deal with you and I'll pay you - In place of Madona - I want to get it into some money I can't eat it.

Jenison is OK but I think, a poor business man. Well if you can help me I shall appreciate it.

You have a talk with Madona (he lives near there) has an office I think first go and have a talk with him, as a prospective buyer and my friend - you know what I mean - H. M. - I have tried to make myself clear but I can hardly see the writing - without glasses.
