Hello Frank

Doctor Speaking -

Well I come to you again in my troubles, Jenison and Madona have been trying to give me the "Raz" or something like that, I have discharged them both out of my business/ Now Frank if you would try and get a fellow, honestly seeking a home and has any prospect of paying, I will give him a first class chance to get one. I have no use for the place except to get a living out of it. Look around and see what you can do.

There are $400.000 dollars back taxes that must be cared for/ the house has been rented for $30.00 per month, Jenison gobbled that all and more for improvements on in side of the house.

Now Frank if you will look things up, I'll give you a written order to Mrs. Pedersen and call and see the house, she complains of the doors "being open all the time" and she has to live up stairs, as the lower floor is too cold. I cant risk it to go to B'klyn this weather so for "The love of Mike see what Zematter," with the doors, she is not complaining, but it takes too much coal.

Let me hear from you soon, if you do not care to take it up, its O.K.
